3:28Now PlayingGovernor Gavin Newsom didn't mince words in attacking President Trump in his speech following the passing of Proposition 50 in California.
Newsom held a brief press conference Tuesday night where he delivered remarks about an hour after Prop 50 was passed in an overwhelming majority.
"It was not just a victory tonight for the Democratic Party, it was a victory for the United States of America, for the people of this country and the principles that our founding fathers lived and died for," exclaimed Newsom.
