A Florida fugitive’s hiding spot backfired when he crashed through a home’s ceiling and dropped straight into a waiting SWAT team. Bodycam video from the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office shows 37-year-old Keith Rodgers dangling from the ceiling before being handcuffed.
