1:13Now PlayingTexas Department of Public Safety troopers stopped a semi-truck near the US-Mexico border and discovered 23 migrants “stuffed” into the cab’s sleeping area behind the seats, officials said. The 24-year-old driver, who did not have a commercial license, was arrested and charged with 23 counts of smuggling of persons. DPS said the migrants were from Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Mexico.
