Kandice “Candy” Thompson, 60, faces multiple charges, including aggravated kidnapping, assault, and crimes related to the abuse of a disabled person, following the barbaric discovery at a property in Anson, Texas, on Nov. 22, News 4 San Antonio reported.
The shocking find was made after neighbor Justin Anderson reportedly heard the young woman crying for help and saying she needed to go to the bathroom.
