Dashcam video shows Kansas police deploying a wild “grappler” device to snag a stolen truck during a high-speed chase in Prairie Village. Officers fired the tool from a patrol car, tangling the truck’s tire and bringing the pursuit to a clean stop. The suspect was arrested without injuries. Similarly in Clark County, Washington officers used another type of grappler to stop another vehicle that had rammed two patrol cars.
