The release of the audio follows a bombshell local TV interview with John Bacon, a University of Michigan instructor and author with deep ties to the school’s illustrious football program. Moore remains in custody at Washtenaw County Jail, where Bacon says he’s in protective custody “surrounded by mental health professionals,” according to Bacon.
