In the first images since the cowardly Nov. 26 slaying of Emily Finn, alleged gunman Austin Lynch, 18, wore a bandage across his nose from a self-inflicted shotgun blast, sporting a green-and-white striped shirt and a peach-fuzz beard and mustache.
Judge Anthony Senft ruled that Lynch, who was 17 at the time of the shooting, will be tried as an adult rather than in juvenile court — and ordered the teen to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
