A 12-year-old boy stopped a “Grinch” who broke in while he was home alone Tuesday — after the kid jumped from his bedroom window and called the cops, police and his proud family said.

Tristen Taylor was alone in his home on Eagle Avenue in Medford around 12:50 p.m. when he heard glass shatter and the sound of the prowler’s footsteps in the kitchen, according to the Suffolk County Police Department and his kin.
