Footage captures the shooting, her vehicle crashing into a parked car, and witnesses shouting as federal agents secured the scene and prevented bystanders from checking her pulse. Good was later pronounced dead at Hennepin County Medical Center as officials defended the shooting and protests erupted nationwide.
