An Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer behind the wheel of a pick-up truck rolled up alongside a reporter who was observing the altercation from their parked car in St. Paul, Minnesota on Sunday.
“We’re here to arrest a child sex offender. And you guys are out here honking,” the masked agent said.
“We’re not honking, we’re press,” the journalist recording the video responded.
