3:25Now PlayingFormer U.S. President Bill Clinton said on February 27 that he “saw nothing and did nothing wrong” in connection with Jeffrey Epstein, after giving closed-door testimony to the House Oversight Committee about his past interactions with the late sex offender.
In his statement, Clinton said he would not have flown on Epstein’s plane had he known about the late sex offender’s abuse of underage girls, adding he would have reported him if he had any indication of wrongdoing. “We’re only here today because Epstein hid it from everyone so well for so long,” he said.
