1:41Now PlayingOn February 28th, Firefighters in East Texas rescued two people stranded after a hot-air balloon crashed into a communications tower. The balloon was entangled more than 900ft in the air. It took about an hour for the firefighters to scale the tower and took nearly two hours for the descent.
