1:28Now PlayingLos Angeles prosecutors say singer David “D4vd” Burke has been charged with first-degree murder in the killing of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose dismembered remains were found in bags inside his car months after she vanished. Officials allege the killing involved lying in wait, financial motives tied to his music career, and silencing a potential witness.
