Eyewitness Barak Hardley said the shooting lasted up to 20 minutes as confusion spread across the historic landmark. Authorities identified the suspected shooter as 27-year-old Julio Cesar Jasso Ramirez, who died at the scene; one person was killed and at least 13 others were injured.
