2:02Now PlayingPete Hegseth posted that he and Kid Rock went "for a ride" in an Apache helicopter together on Monday writing on X that "Kid Rock is a patriot and huge supporter of our troops." Last month, Hegseth shut down an army investigation into military helicopters hovering outside the singer’s home in Nashville after the singer posted a clip showing two Apache helicopters hovering feet away from his pool as he cheers and salutes the helicopters. The Army barred the crews from flight duty, but Hegseth himself reversed the suspensions and shut down the investigation.
