2:05Now PlayingPresident Trump has announced he unfortunately will not be able to attend first son Don Jr.'s wedding to Bettina Anderson on Saturday in the Bahamas citing "circumstances pertaining to Government" that "do not allow me to do so." On Thursday Trump told reporters he was going to try and make the wedding, but since then things have changed with Trump announcing on Truth Social that he wouldn't be able to attend their wedding. The couple had been eyeing a White House wedding but decided on a smaller affair because of the optics of holding a lavish event during troubled times, including the war with Iran. They are getting married on Saturday on a private island in the Bahamas, Page Six reported. The duo started dating in 2024, just as his engagement to former Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle ended.
