16-year-old Timothy Hudson kept a straight face as he sauntered into federal court in Miami with his hands in his pockets and wearing a gray, button-down shirt. Hudson has been out of jail since he was charged with murdering his 18-year-old stepsister Kepner on a Caribbean Carnival Cruise trip with family members in November.
According to NewsNation, a federal judge ruled that Hudson will remain free on supervised release ahead of trial, which is scheduled to begin in September.
