6:23Now PlayingNew details have emerged about the body of Melissa Casias – one of the eleven scientists with ties to America’s space and nuclear secrets who have mysteriously died or disappeared.
The remains of Casias, a worker at Los Alamos National Laboratory, were found by a hiker in New Mexico’s Carson National Forest nearly a year after she went missing.
A former homicide detective who was investigating Casias’ disappearance for her family told The Daily Mail that the mom’s “skeletonized” corpse was propped up against a tree, and with a gunshot to her skull.
