0:25Now PlayingSecretary of State Marco Rubio and Rep. Ted Lieu clashed during a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing after Lieu played video clips he claimed showed President Donald Trump sleeping during Cabinet meetings and raised concerns about the president’s health and cognitive abilities. Rubio dismissed the allegations as "absurd and ridiculous," insisting Trump was not asleep in the videos and saying he has never seen the president fall asleep in a meeting. Rubio added that Trump sleeps very little and frequently calls him late at night and early in the morning. Lieu rejected Rubio’s response and accused him of lying to Congress.
