1:32Now PlayingFootage obtained from the Flagler County Sheriff's Office shows an 18-year-old Florida woman wriggling free from her handcuffs before allegedly spitting on a deputy while being transported to a mental health facility on June 6. The incident occurred after deputies were responding to reports of an intoxicated and distressed woman. Authorities charged her with felony battery on a law enforcement officer.
