3:53Now PlayingA Pennsylvania prosecutor said a member of the cultlike group known as Zizians has been charged in the 2022 killings of her parents. Delaware County District Attorney Tanner Rouse announced that Michelle Zajko faces charges of murder, burglary, and conspiracy in the deaths of Rita and Richard Zajko. Authorities say the couple was shot in their Chester Heights home on New Year’s Eve 2022, and Zajko had long been considered a person of interest. Prosecutors allege she did not act alone, while Zajko has denied the accusations and has been jailed since her 2025 arrest in Maryland alongside two other group members.
