Video showed long lines of vehicles waiting to refuel, while station price boards displayed missing fuel types or zero values. At one closed station, a screen informed customers that operations had been suspended for "technical reasons."
The shortages come as fuel supplies in several Russian regions have come under pressure, highlighting strains in the country's domestic fuel market.
