1:03Now PlayingTerrifying video shared on social media on July 9 shows people trapped on a rooftop as flames ripped through a shoe factory in the Chinese city of Quanzhou. At least 28 people were killed in a fire at the shoe factory in southeastern China on Thursday, state-run Xinhua news agency reported, after flames engulfed the multi-story building. 213 people were reportedly evacuated, two of whom died after being taken to hospital for treatment. Another 26 people previously reported missing at the scene were confirmed dead. It's unclear whether the people seen on the rooftop in the video were rescued.
