In the footage, people can be heard screaming, "Help us" and "Get us out of here," moments before a nearby stage collapsed into the rushing floodwaters. Despite the collapse, the bistro remained standing on its concrete foundation, and the Reynolds County Sheriff's Office later confirmed that everyone at the campground was safely rescued.
