The Hernando County Sheriff's Office said Jamie Allison Jr. then tackled the deputy, knocking off his body camera and ripping away his radio before being taken into custody and later charged with domestic battery by strangulation, aggravated domestic battery, battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting with violence, and depriving a deputy of the means of protection or communication.
