5:21Now PlayingA Houston City Council meeting was disrupted by protesters chanting for the removal of ICE out of Houston. Activists called on local leaders to act over the killing of a 52-year-old father of three, Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, who was fatally shot by ICE.
Lorenzo Salgado Araujo's son Ronaldo Salgado, issued a plea to city council members to do more. Praising NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani in the process, “Where is the basic human decency? How is it that the mayor of New York City can acknowledge this injustice from afar?”
