3:17Now PlayingThirty-seven Palestinian prisoners released by Israel were taken to Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, on August 9, for medical examinations. The prisoners arrived through the Kerem Shalom crossing under the escort of the International Committee of the Red Cross, where they were met by emotional reunions with family members. Palestinian health officials said the released prisoners were in extremely poor condition and would receive medical checks, alleging they had suffered physical abuse and torture during detention.
