Riley Billingslea was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head by cops responding to a 911 call for shots fired inside an apartment on Claflin Avenue around 5:30 p.m., according to police.
The dead teen’s grief-stricken grandmother recalled the horrifying moment his friends banged on her door to tell her the tragic news.
