1:35Now PlayingCCTV footage captured a vehicle near a parking lot in California, Pennsylvania, about an hour before 18-year-old PennWest California student Karoline Heintz was found dead inside a parked car near the California Library early Thursday, August 20. The footage shows a vehicle arriving around 11:13 p.m., with an interior light turning on before someone exits. Pennsylvania State Police allege Heintz was killed by her boyfriend, Royce Moser, who was charged with criminal homicide. His mother, Rachel Moser, also faces charges related to the alleged handling of the vehicle and evidence.
