1:06Now PlayingLindsay Clancy is back in court Thursday morning as jurors kicked off their sixth day of deliberations — continuing the grueling process after more than 30 hours of trying to reach a verdict.
The panel has now sent out two notes, one Tuesday and one Wednesday, saying they were deadlocked.
Judge William Sullivan first told the group to keep at it, but yesterday read them a last-resort “Tuey-Rodriguez” charge — a formal instruction urging them to keep trying to reach an agreement.
Jurors are deciding whether to convict the 36-year-old Duxbury mom of first-degree murder for strangling her kids, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3 and Callan, 8 months, on Jan. 24, 2023.
