2:01Now PlayingICE says it has identified more than 10,000 potential fraud cases tied to the Optional Practical Training (OPT) program, which allows foreign students to work in the U.S. after graduation. ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons said the investigation focused on abuse of the program, which lets student visa holders remain in the country for up to two years and can serve as a pathway to employer-sponsored H-1B visas.
