2:56Now PlayingOn April 22 in Mississippi, footage shows the moment a Hancock County School District bus driver collapsed while operating a school bus which led to 5 middle-school students rushing to take control of the scene. Some students are seen steering and braking, others contacted emergency services and the school district, and another student helped the driver take the medicine she was holding. Reports show that the bus driver was suffering an asthma attack and was trying to reach her medication, but lost consciousness right before she could take it. No injuries were sustained and the bus was stopped safely.
