Mel Robbins' Expert Advice for Surviving the Holidays With Peace and Sanity

But the emotional side of holiday gatherings can be even tougher. So, we invited Mel Robbins, host of The Mel Robbins Podcast (), and author of The Let Them Theory (), to walk us through her tools for keeping your cool through heated, holiday moments.
