Ազգային ժողովն այսօր առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց վիճակախաղերի կազմակերպումը սահմանափակող օրինագիծը, որ փողոց էր դուրս բերել բուքմեյքերական գրասենյակների աշխատակիցներին։ Դրանով նախատեսվում է այս խաղերը թույլատրել միայն Ծաղկաձորում, Ջերմուկում, Սեւանում եւ Մեղրիում։ Օրենքն ամբվողջությամբ ուժի մեջ կմտնի 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերից։ Խորհրդարանը երկրորդ ըներցմամբ եւ ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց մեկ այլ վիճելի օրինագիծ եւս՝ «Պետական տուրքի մասին»։ Համաձայն այս լրամշակված օրենքի՝ մինչև մեկ տոննա ներկրվող ցեմենտի տուրքը հաշվարկվում է յուրաքանչյուր կիլոգրամի համար 14 դրամ։ Սա էլ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանի» սրտով չէր․․․․
