Azerbaijan continues to violate the 3rd ceasefire deal reached in the US.
Wednesday noon, its forces targeted maternity hospital in the Karabakh capital of Stepanakert.
According to Artsakh human rights office, the Azerbaijani armed forces on Wednesday struck more than 15 times on different parts of Stepanakert and Shushi town, deliberately targeting the maternal and child health center and some residential and public objects.....
In the meantime, the night of October 27-28 was relatively calm in the settlements of Artsakh, however, in the evening, Martuni and the upper sub-region of Askeran were targeted by Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan was making sabotage penetration attempts in upper subregions of Askeran.
The fortress city of Shushi was targeted as well.
A provocation by the Turks took place during a Wednesday morning demonstration organized by the Armenians in France.
French Armenians have blocked two-way traffic at the A-7 highway leading to Valence. They were waving the national flags of Armenia, Artsakh, and France.
During the demonstration, however, a group of Turks approached the Armenians and provoked them. They made some statements, then hit two Armenian demonstrators with a hammer, then the Armenian demonstrators hit them back.
An ambulance arrived to help the injured. For a long time, however, one of the injured Armenian was lying on the asphalt and was unable to move.
The jihadists in Azerbaijan have stated that they are not going to return home.
In a video published by the Western media, these mercenaries who came to Azerbaijan from Syria to fight against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) literally say the following: "We are playing against Armenia. We are free, and that is the only thing we will do.”
