BODIES
Azerbaijan has handed over 106 bodies to the Armenian side.
The bodies were delivered to the Stepanakert morgue. All those killed are unrecognizable. The bodies are believed to have been buried and exhumed before transfer.
Meanwhile, the total number of bodies found in searches and transferred by Azerbaijan is 1,485.
MPS
Three ex-MPs from the ruling My Step bloc have submitted a draft statement to the parliament condemning Azerbaijani actions.
The latter prevents the return of prisoners of war and detained civilians, including women.
The authors intend to achieve condemnation of the inhuman behavior of Azerbaijan by the National Assembly [parliament], as well as through joint pressure with international structures and human rights organizations.
TALKS
The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair held online talks with Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs Ara Aivazian and Jeyhun Bayramov.
Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office (PRCiO) Andrzej Kasprzyk also participated in the talks.
The Co-Chairs engaged with each minister in a lengthy and substantive exchange of views on issues related to the promotion of stability in the region, the modalities of the mediation process, and the role of the PRCiO.
PM IN GYUMRI
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited Armenia's Gyumri on Wednesday.
He had a meeting with the relatives of prisoners of war.
On Feb. 10, the relatives had shut down the Gyumri-Yerevan road, and reached an agreement with the authorities to open the road after meeting the National Security Service director. During a question-and-answer session with government officials in parliament the same day, Nikol Pashinyan declared that the government was planning a visit to Shirak to meet with citizens, including the POWs relatives.
1 KILLED
One person has been killed as an explosion took place in a residential building in Armenia's Ararat province village.
According to shamshyan.com, the body of a 49-year-old resident of the village was found in a workshop near the house.
A number of examinations have been appointed.
QUAKE
A 2.0 magnitude earthquake (aftershock) was registered near Yerevan on Wednesday.
The epicenter was 12 km southeast of the capital.
The hypocenter was located at a depth of 10 km.
COVID-19 CASES
A total of 206 COVID-19 new cases have been reported in Armenia per day, bringing the total number to 169,597, the health ministry reported.
A total of 4,173 people are currently being treated, and 161,476 people have already recovered.
The death toll has reached 3,155.
