2:22Now PlayingԵրեւանում բնակարանների գները զգալիորեն բարձրացել են։ Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի ներկայացրած պաշտոնական թվերի համաձայն, անցած տարի Երեւանի կենտրոնում բնակարանները թանկացել են ավելի քան 15 տոկոսով։ Եթե 2022թ.–ի նոյեմբերին Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում 1 քառակուսու միջին արժեքը 773 հազար դրամ էր, ապա 2023.թ–ի նոյեմբերին այն հասել է 893 հազարի։
Կենտրոնի ամենաթանկ բնակարանները առաջին գոտում են՝ 1 քառակուսին այստեղ արժե 1 մլն 128 հազար դրամ կամ շուրջ 3000 դոլար, մինչդեռ 2022թ–ի նույն ժամանակահատվածում 980 հազար դրամ էր։
