as posted by the channelԵրեւանում բնակարանների գները զգալիորեն բարձրացել են։ Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի ներկայացրած պաշտոնական թվերի համաձայն, անցած տարի Երեւանի կենտրոնում բնակարանները թանկացել են ավելի քան 15 տոկոսով։ Եթե 2022թ.–ի նոյեմբերին Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում 1 քառակուսու միջին արժեքը 773 հազար դրամ էր, ապա 2023.թ–ի նոյեմբերին այն հասել է 893 հազարի։
Կենտրոնի ամենաթանկ բնակարանները առաջին գոտում են՝ 1 քառակուսին այստեղ արժե 1 մլն 128 հազար դրամ կամ շուրջ 3000 դոլար, մինչդեռ 2022թ–ի նույն ժամանակահատվածում 980 հազար դրամ էր։
