as posted by the channelA tight-knit community is shaken after two doctors, a receptionist and a patient were killed at a Tulsa, Oklahoma, hospital by a man police say then took his own life on Wednesday.
The gunman shot and killed Dr. Preston Phillips, Dr. Stephanie Husen, Amanda Glenn and William Love in a medical building on the campus of Saint Francis Hospital.
Dr. Komi S. Folly was in the complex when the shooting happened. He's a good friend of Dr. Phillips. Together, they started the "Light in the World Development Foundation," with a mission is build up communities by ensuring access to clean water, quality education and affordable healthcare.
On the Friday before the shooting, Dr. Phillips asked the following of Dr. Folly.
"He said to me, 'son, I am older than you.' He always joked with me. I said, 'I know father.' And he said that 'in case something happened to me, or I die before you, don't stop this project,'" Dr. Folly said during an appearance Thursday night on NewsNation's "Banfield."
