The committee then played a presentation showing Trump making comments during a presidential debate: “Proud Boys, stand back and standby.” Marcus Childress, who is on the Investigative Counsel and the presentation, says after making the comment, then chairman of the Proud Boys Enrique Tarrio said on Parlor: “Standing by sir.”
