It was an indication that Fetterman is not qualified, says Bill O’Reilly. Fetterman’s doctor has released letters deeming him fit to serve, and a neurologist told NewsNation it's hard to determine how much Fetterman's comprehension might be impaired. No doctor has deemed Feinstein unfit to serve, either, though colleagues have expressed concerns about her health, according to media reports.
