The family of Gabby Petito filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Utah police, alleging they failed to recognize and act on "telltale signs of domestic violence." Bryan Stewart, the family`s lawyer, joined "CUOMO" to discuss the lawsuit. He said instead of doing their investigative duties when responding to a domestic violence call, police were "looking for a way out" of the situation.
