Lawyers have asked the court to take that new evidence into consideration to either vacate the sentence or have a new trial. The Menendez brothers' attorney Mark Geragos and Rosie O'Donnell, who has advocated for the brothers’ release, join “CUOMO” to discuss the case. “These two boys who suffered 20 years in their house and 30 years in prison have served enough time,” O’Donnell said.
