The NFL approved the sale of the Washington Commanders to a group led by Maryland-native Josh Harris Thursday. They also released a 23-page report detailing what they say are credible allegations that soon-to-be-former owner Dan Snyder sexually harassed an employee and withheld at least $11 million from league revenue sharing. Snyder will have to pay the league $60 million, roughly 1% of the team's sale price. Radio host Craig Hoffman explains what this means to fans in Washington, D.C.
