The mystery sale is raising national security concerns after similar purchases across the U.S. were financed by Chinese ownership groups. "On Balance" host Leland Vittert spoke with California Rep. John Garamendi, who says he and others raised the alarm months ago about the purchased land, abuts three sides of the base.
