Oberlin College was forced to pay $36.6 million of its own money in a defamation lawsuit from Gibson's bakery, after the school accused the shop of racial profiling. Now, Oberlin is suing its insurers for failing to cover the cost. "You're not allowed to just say whatever you want and impugn a business and get away with it," NewsNation contributor Chris Hahn says. He joins "On Balance" host Leland Vittert.
