Body language expert and communications consultant Dr. Lillian Glass analyzed the president's speech on NewsNation's "Morning in America." Glass said Biden's tone of voice did not match his body language, which she felt was concerning. She said Biden also did not speak former President Donald Trump's name once, despite alluding to him 13 times.
