Steven Brown, 44, Amanda Wallace, 40, Jeffrey Mackey, 38, and Alexis Nieves, 33, were each charged with concealment of a human corpse, hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence after two people’s body parts were found scattered on parts of Long Island on Feb. 29 and March 5, authorities said.
