Athletes from U.S. service academies are able to be drafted this year and go straight to the NFL. But this is the last draft in which players will be allowed to go to the league before having to serve. Trey Taylor is set to graduate from the Air Force Academy in May and is expected to be drafted into the NFL this weekend. He joins "The Hill" to discuss the rule change.
