A group of 28 people were trapped on a ride at Oaks Amusement Park in Southeast Portland, Oregon, on the park’s first day open for the season, according to Portland Fire and Rescue. Evie Yannotta, 14, was among those who were trapped on the ride. She said the malfunction left her with PTSD and she won't be returning to an amusement park anytime soon.
