Dr. Devon Hoover, a neurosurgeon, had an intimate relationship with Desmond Burks, who was charged with first-degree murder, larceny and other crimes, according to authorities. Burks was a "person of interest" early on in the investigation. Carol Gove, a close friend of Hoover's, joins "Banfield' to discuss.
